Neha Dhupia, who is pregnant with her second child, is making sure she does not miss a daily workout during this time.
The 40-year-old recently shared a video on Instagram to teach us what she loves to do before she was born in yoga. In the video, Neha is seen doing several and asanas.
“They say that everything you do before you get pregnant is important to keep going, for at least 9 months. Yoga and meditation are another form of exercise that I’ve been doing for almost 20 years,” Neha said next to the message.

Doctors recommend waiting yoga during the middle period. Experts say that asanas practiced yoga before birth loosening of the pelvis and groaning, relieving abdominal discomfort. It can help with labor, pain and urinary incontinence. It also stimulates the heart, increases energy and helps in the production of breast milk.
Encouraging the women who will be with them to exercise, Neha wrote, “Obviously the body responds differently now, but staying strong and staying active is something I can encourage beyond that.”
He added, “Asana is very different when you exercise before you are born and you have to do it in a guided way.”
Earlier in July, the actress announced that she was pregnant with a movie and a beautiful photo of herself with Angad Bedi and their daughter Mehr. The picture also showed her baby.
